Shailesh Patel is a globally experienced product and portfolio management executive with a reputation for delivering innovative products that solve customer problems. With three decades of experience in high level leadership positions in fortune 500 companies and startups, Shailesh brings expertise to establish and deliver scalable Product strategies and project execution to help clients accelerate market analysis and product development.

He has worked for fortune 500 companies such as Amazon, Mueller Water Products, Newell Rubbermaid, Stryker Medical, and DaimlerChrysler in various engineering, product and project management roles. He has extensive engineering expertise in design, development and launch of electro-mechanical devices by managing global teams across the US, Europe, and Asia including being instrumental in ground-up development of 2 Asia (India and China) R&D centers with an ex-pat assignment.

He combines his expertise in product and project management with a deep understanding of engineering and quality processes to guide cross-functional teams. This unique skill set enables him to focus on solving customer problems, fostering creativity, developing innovative solutions, and accelerating product launches, significantly reducing time to market.

His experience spans various tech industries, and he has also served on boards, advising both for-profit and non-profit organizations. And most of all, he is passionate about mentoring and sharing his knowledge with the emerging leaders that will help create a better future.
